Concept project. Svila is a brand we invented to show what we build: the site is real, live and fully clickable, the business is not. Demo sites stay out of Google on purpose.

What research found

People search for hair salons in Zagreb about 1,100 times a month. The salons on the first page of results score 50 to 76 on mobile Lighthouse, take up to 14 seconds to show their main image, and hand bookings to platforms that take a commission.

What we built

  1. Booking in four steps

Service, stylist, time and details. It only offers stylists who do the chosen service, respects opening hours and Croatian public holidays, and ends with a calendar file that reminds the client a day before.

  2. Live on the homepage

The next free slot and "open now" are calculated live from the same schedule the booking uses.

  3. A price list that leads to booking

Seventeen services set like a magazine index, each with a button that opens the booking with that service already selected.

On the phone

Designed for the phone first, where most visitors arrive.
